Communication Style.
I am an avid listener. I like to listen to people talk - it makes my life a lot easier and better to enjoy listening. Because of this, I am also flexible with the means and modes of communication. Generally I am quick to figure out or ask how someone prefers to be communicated with and use that style, while making record of it in my style.

Event Planning.
For our general customer public, I helped weave together content and discussion for our customers and hosted the events. For our white-glove service customers, I planned the larger event including content, venue & catering, happy hours & dinners, hosting, and point of contact. This gave me significant experience managing rooms from the tech to the food to the people.

Process Making.
I have considerable experience in writing process, as it has often gone hand in hand with documentation. I’ve developed numerous strategies spanning from customer retention to outreach methods, including the entire basis for the Customer Advisory Boards. That was inclusive of customer search & participation, onboarding new members, establishing timelines & routines, training in internal teams on what boards do (multiple versions depending on interaction). timelines, expectations, feedback management structures for product & the system itself, goal & KPI discovery & creation, goal & KPI tracking & reporting, strategies for delivering good or bad news, member tracking & rewarding, membership requirements, opportunity tracking, and intraweb maintenance. All items had a visual alternative.

Time Off.
I work the hardest because I know how to rest myself. When I take a break, I cut myself off from work, but you won’t feel pained during my absence. My PTO summaries are indexed with summary as well as long form depictions of all of my customers, any active issues to be aware of, who to contact internally and externally about the account, and interaction frequency. Beyond that, it also covers those details for any projects or other activities I might have going on. All of this is provided along side a visual version that makes it easy to parse to exactly where in my notes you need to be to know everything you could possibly need.
